Up and jogging.

It now begins.

The start of many complaints and obscure observations. A collection of happy times with bloated bellies. My life composed and displayed in a wave of words that will interest some and bore others.

Take it and consume with smiles or spit in disgust.

This is who I am.

So lets sharpen those knives, polish those forks and dig in!
